You are responsible for the information and materials you submit to Crafted Song.

4. AI-Assisted and Creative Content

Artificial intelligence and automated technology may be used during the creation of your song.

Personalized and AI-assisted creative output can vary. The finished result may interpret, rearrange, shorten, adapt, or creatively express information from your brief rather than reproduce every detail word-for-word.

We do not guarantee that AI-assisted content will be completely free from minor errors, unexpected phrasing, pronunciation differences, or other creative variations.

Where revision options are included in your purchase, they are provided according to the offer shown at the time of purchase.

Nothing in these Terms represents a guarantee that AI-generated material will qualify for copyright protection in every country or under every applicable law.

5. Orders and Payments

Prices and available products are shown before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.

Crafted Song does not store your full payment card information.

Depending on your country, applicable taxes may be included in the displayed price or added during checkout.

Your purchase is considered confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, payment failure, abuse, prohibited content, technical limitations, legal requirements, or misuse of the service.

If we cancel a paid order and do not provide the purchased service, we will provide an appropriate refund.

6. Free Previews

Where offered, free previews are provided so you can hear part of your personalized song before purchasing the finished version.

A preview may be shorter than the full song or otherwise limited compared with the purchased version.

Preview access does not grant rights to obtain, reproduce, extract, distribute, or commercially use the full underlying song without completing the required purchase.

7. Delivery and Access

After successful payment, the purchased song and any included products or upgrades will be made available according to the delivery method described on the website.

This may include access through a private web page, download link, email, or another digital delivery method.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used for your order.

If you share a private song or access link with another person, that person may be able to access the content through that link.

8. Revisions

Any revision options included with your purchase will be described on the website or during checkout.

Different products or upgrades may include different revision options, limits, or handling times.

We are not required to provide revisions beyond what was included in the offer purchased by you, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Unless we expressly agree otherwise, purchase of a personalized song does not grant you ownership of the Crafted Song platform, software, branding, templates, systems, underlying technology, or other materials used to provide the service.

Rights in AI-generated or AI-assisted content may differ between jurisdictions. To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any unavoidable third-party rights, Crafted Song grants you the rights reasonably necessary to personally use, keep, and share the finished song you purchased.

Commercial resale, licensing, synchronization, mass distribution, or other commercial exploitation of a song may require separate permission.

11. Intellectual Property

Crafted Song and its associated website, branding, design, software, systems, text, graphics, templates, and other proprietary materials are owned by Crafted Song or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you the right to copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the Crafted Song service itself.

You retain any rights you already have in original material you submit to us.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Crafted Song:

• For unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
